SECTION 6A – SHIPPING, TRANSIT & CHARGEBACKS

By placing an order with SHEGLITTARY, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Orders in Transit

Orders marked as “In Transit”, “Shipped”, or “Out for Delivery” are NOT eligible for chargebacks or payment disputes.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Filing a chargeback while an order is still in transit constitutes a violation of these Terms.

2. Delivered Orders

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation are considered friendly fraud.
We are not responsible for claims of “not received” when valid tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

3. Mandatory Contact Before Chargeback

Customers must contact our support team first before opening any chargeback or payment dispute.
Failure to do so may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Customer and address blacklist

  • Denial of future Services

4. Abuse of Chargeback System

Any customer who receives both the product and a refunded payment via chargeback will be required to repay the full order amount.
SHEGLITTARY reserves the right to take internal, platform-level, and protective actions against abuse.

Third-party tools are provided “as is” without warranties. Use at your own risk.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
