Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation are considered friendly fraud.
We are not responsible for claims such as “not received” when tracking confirms delivery.
Customers must contact our support team first before opening any chargeback or payment dispute.
Failure to contact us prior to filing a chargeback will result in:

Order blacklist (email, address, IP)

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence including:
Tracking confirmation
Delivery status
IP and order logs
Any customer who receives both the product and a refunded payment will be required to repay the full order amount.
