Chargeback & Dispute Policy – Sheglittary

At Sheglittary, we take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders in Transit

  • Orders that are in transit or awaiting delivery are NOT eligible for chargebacks.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

  • Filing a chargeback while an order is still in transit is considered a violation of our policy.

2. Delivered Orders

  • Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

  • Chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation are considered friendly fraud.

  • We are not responsible for claims such as “not received” when tracking confirms delivery.

3. Mandatory Contact Before Chargeback

  • Customers must contact our support team first before opening any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Failure to contact us prior to filing a chargeback will result in:

    • Permanent account restriction

    • Order blacklist (email, address, IP)

4. Refunds vs Chargebacks

  • Refunds are handled only through our official support channel.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence including:

    • Tracking confirmation

    • Delivery status

    • IP and order logs

5. Fraud Prevention

  • Any customer who receives both the product and a refunded payment will be required to repay the full order amount.

  • We reserve the right to deny future service in cases of abuse.
