1. Start with clean, dry lips. If there is any excess oiliness, remove it using a gentle cleanser or wipe.

2. If desired, line your lips with a lip liner. This can help create a clean base for the glitter.

3. Apply a thin layer of a lip primer or gloss bond to your lips. Wait for the primer to turn clear before moving on to the next step.

4. Using a dual-tip applicator, apply the glitter to your lips. You can also use your finger or a flat brush to apply the glitter. If using the dual-tip applicator, dampen the sponge end to pick up more product. Use the flat end to clean up any edges.

5. If you want to create a more matte look, you can pair the glitter with a matte lipstick. Apply the matte lipstick and allow it to dry before applying the gloss bond and glitter.
