At Sheglittary, we prioritize hygiene, product safety, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Refunds on Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale once opened or used.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded
This applies to lip products, glosses, makeup kits, and all beauty items
Returns for Unopened & Unused Items (Limited Cases Only)
Returns may be considered only if:
The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Valid proof of purchase is provided
Prior approval is received from our support team

Important Shipping & Delivery Notice
All delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
International shipping may be delayed due to customs, carriers, weather, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of purchase.
Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo or video proof
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds are not provided for damage caused by customer misuse.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Unopened Items Only)
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, as required by law.
Customers must contact Sheglittary support before initiating any chargeback.
Chargebacks filed while an order is in transit will be disputed
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service
