At Sheglittary, your satisfaction matters. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • The item must be in original condition — unused and unopened.

  • All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

To begin your return, email our team at contact@sheglittary.com. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Hygiene & Cosmetic Product Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin or lips (such as lip gloss, lip kits, and similar items) are non-returnable and non-refundable if opened or used.
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible under our standard return policy.


Return Fees & Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and a $9 restocking fee.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Promotional orders (including Buy 1, Get 1 Free offers) are not eligible for refunds once shipped.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it.

  • Orders processed after that time may not be eligible for cancellation.


Exchanges

  • We offer a one-time free exchange on full-price purchases.

  • If you choose to exchange your item, you forfeit the right to request a refund for that order.

  • Promotional sale items (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free, 50% OFF) are not eligible for exchanges.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sheglittary.com with proof (photos or videos).
We’ll happily ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Note: We do not offer refunds for items damaged by customer misuse.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery — no reason required.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
