1. Start with clean, dry lips. If there is any excess oiliness, remove it using a gentle cleanser or wipe.

2. line your lips with a Red Lipliner. This can help create a clean base for the glitter.

3. Apply a thin layer of a glossy bond to your lips. 

4. Using a dual-tip applicator, apply the glitter to your lips. You can also use your finger or a flat brush to apply the glitter. If using the dual-tip applicator, dampen the sponge end to pick up more glitter. Use the flat end to clean up any edges.
