Return & Refund Policy

At Sheglittary, your satisfaction matters. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or refund under the terms below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in original condition—unused.

  • All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

To begin your return, email our team at contact@sheglittary.com. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fees & Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and a $7 restocking fee (deducted from the refund amount).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If it is:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. Orders processed after that time may not be eligible for cancellation.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time free exchange on full-price purchases. If you choose to exchange your item, you forfeit the right to request a refund for that order. Promotional sale items (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1, 50% OFF) are not eligible for exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sheglittary.com with proof (photos or videos). We’ll happily ship a replacement at no extra cost. 

If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before placing your order.

Note: We do not offer refunds for items damaged by customer misuse.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery—no reason required.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
